How we send jewelry

The jewels are sent perfectly protected and inside a rigid box.

Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are free (without minimum purchase) and are made through a courier service with tracking code and insurance.

All the jewels are sent from our store on Santa Clara Street in Girona.

We ship worldwide.

How returns work

If you want to make a return, just send us an email to info@mbosch.com indicating the reason for the return and the order number.

It is important that you send this email from the email address you used to make the purchase.

Returns can be made within 14 days of purchasing the item.

Once your request has been received, we will manage the collection of the jewel at your home through a courier service.

The products to be returned must be well protected and within their original packaging in order to avoid damage.

The costs of the refund are borne by M· BOSCH in the case of Spain. For the rest of the world, they will be borne by the client.

The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the purchase was made and will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be paid as long as the item is in perfect condition.

We will not accept refunds of:

  • Products that have been manipulated, used or to which the security seal has been removed.
  • Jewellery that is personalised or engraved at the customer’s request, as indicated in article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws.
