PRICES
The prices indicated on the website www.mbosch.com are detailed with the inclusion of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.
M·BOSCH JOYEROS is not responsible for possible errors in price rates in published articles. In the event of a mistake in the final price of any of the items exposed M·BOSCH JEWELERS undertakes to inform users as soon as possible of the new sale price, offering affected customers the possibility of reconfirming the order, or the possibility of withdrawing the purchase on your part.
If it is not possible to contact the user, the order will be considered cancelled and the amount of the wrong price that he had paid will be refunded. M·BOSCH JEWELERS will not be obliged to supply the buyer any product at the incorrect lower price even if the order is confirmed.

PAYMENTS
Orders will be paid by bank transfer to our current account, credit or debit card or PayPal. Payment is subject to order confirmation. Without payment, the order is not managed. At the time of confirmation of payment, the order begins to be managed.

SHIPMENTS
The transport companies used for the shipments of purchases made to M·BOSCH are UPS, GLS, MRW or NACEX.
Products in stock are managed immediately from confirmation of payment. Orders and payment receipts received after 12:00 p.m., will be processed the following working day.
Products that are not in stock, are managed immediately from confirmation of payment. The Customer will be informed of the approximate period of shipment and reception of the product, reception that in any case may not exceed 30 days.
The delivery times of the products in stock will depend on the option chosen by the Customer. Standard shipments, delivery will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days. For shipments requested in the express mode, the delivery will be made within a maximum period of 2 working days. We consider working days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
It will be understood that the delivery has been made at the time the Customer, or a third party indicated or authorized by the Client, acquire material possession of the product at the agreed delivery address. If delivery is not possible at the time the carrier presents itself at the agreed address, it will be up to the Customer and the carrier to agree on the delivery method.
In the event that there are circumstances arising from the personalization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, M·BOSCH will inform the Customer that delivery times may vary. The Customer can also place the order and collect it, free of charge from the date it will be notified by email, our store is located 48, from Girona (CP 17001).
Once the purchase has been confirmed, for shipments within the national territory from Monday to Friday, the usual delivery time will be less than 48-72 h, and deliveries to Girona and its surroundings in 12 – 24 h. It will never exceed 15 working days.
The delay of the order will empower the customer to cancel the order with a refund of the amounts paid but in no case will imply any compensation.
If after 5 working days from the Order Confirmation the customer has not agreed a delivery date with the transport company, the customer must contact M·BOSCH. If the customer does not contact M·BOSCH, the transport company will proceed to return to the origin of the shipment, with the customer having to assume management costs associated with shipping and return.
DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY
The customer undertakes to check the good condition of the shipment at the time of delivery in front of the carrier and must reflect any anomaly detected on the delivery note (breakage of security labels, external blows, humidity, etc.) being able to refuse delivery.

Delivery will be understood to have occurred or that the order has been delivered at the time the user (or a third party on his behalf) acquire material possession of the product, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address if it is not “Pick-up in store”.
RETURNS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase (leave it unanswered) within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the payment of the refunds will be made by the same means by which the payment was made and within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
It is essential that the products to be returned keep the original packaging (box, documentation, accessories …).
Returns of products that have been tampered with, used or removed will not be accepted.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the expenses generated by the return are borne by the Client.
M·BOSCH will assume the costs of returns caused by mistake or defective products.
In orders placed at the customer’s specific request (e.g. specific orders or product customization), the right of withdrawal is not recognized, according to article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws.
CUSTOMS DECLARATION AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES.
All international shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be accompanied by an import declaration / export to customs authorities. This document reflects the total amount of the order.
The customer must pay the international fees or taxes that record the products in the territory of collection.
GUARANTEES
The products purchased at M·BOSCH have a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, except those in which another term is specified. The purchase invoice is the warranty document.
In the case of a defective product, M·BOSCH may offer the customer the change for an equivalent, or agree to a discount or the full refund of the amount paid. In any case, whenever it is possible to replace the defective product with a correct one, the amount will not be refunded. In this case, the shipping costs will always be borne by M·BOSCH.
The term that the client has to notify any incident caused by manufacturing defects is 2 months from the knowledge of it.
If the manufacturer brand of the purchased product checks and confirms the existence of a manufacturing defect, it will proceed to the repair or replacement of the item. Always at the customer’s choice, whenever possible technically and has been notified within the established deadlines.
Cases that will not be accepted as manufacturing defects:
– General damage caused by the improper or abnormal use of the product
– Blows and scratches caused by the normal use of the product
– Detachments or breakages of gems or other applied elements.
– Stains or changes in brightness in metals, gems or other elements caused by external chemical agents.
– Allergies.
Specific cases for watchmaking products that are excluded from the guarantee:
– Stack duration or battery.
– Wear and tear for normal use. Damage caused by improper use of the product or lack of maintenance.
Any warranty will be cancelled if the product is handled by personnel not authorized for this purpose by the manufacturer.
Any other claim is excluded except for the rights that the buyer has against the manufacturer in accordance with current legislation.
PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING
For the purposes provided for in Article 4 of Law 10/2010 of 28 April, on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, the Client says and declares that it is the real owner of the operation, warning you that your data may be transferred to those public administrations that in accordance with the regulations have the right of access.
